1. Front Office Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a star-rated hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of Front Office operations (Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations)
- Excellent complaint handling and problem-solving abilities
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) : additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient in hotel systems (VHP)
