Requirements:
1. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced luxury resort environment. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9)
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, and leadership skills. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 11)
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality brand. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11)
4. Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, guest expectations, and service excellence. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
5. Excellent using program (Excel/Spreadsheet, Google form, Canva, Google Callender, VHP. (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11)
6. Relevant educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. (All positions)
7. Good personality, positive attitude, high motivation, and strong team spirit. (All positions)
8. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems relevant to the position is an advantage. (All positions)
9. Available to join immediately. (All positions)
10. Demonstrates resilience in managing work challenges and flexibility with work schedules. (All positions)
