Requirements:
- Have a minimum 2 years work experience in the same position / field
- Strong & good communication skill
- Good knowledge of sanitation, hygiene and HACCP standard Audit
- Good knowledge leading daily maintaining operational Stewarding and kitchen
- Strong leadership, integrity, and honestly
- Able to work under-pressure, independently and as a team player
