General Requirements:
- Educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (Bachelor’s Degree for Manager, Diploma, Supervisor
- Relevant hotel experience min 2 years with leadership exposure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent focus on guest satisfaction with team, professional service
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in hotel system (PMS/OTA, POS) and computer literacy (Ms Office)
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and reporting skills
Additional for Manager:
- Proven ability in business strategy, revenue growth, and cost control
- Networking experience with corporate clients, travel agents, and hospitality partners
Additional for Supervisor
- Hands-on ability to support operations during peak hours
- Knowledge of SOP implementation and staff training
