General Requirements:
- Minimal education: Senior High School / Vocational School or equivalent, preferably with a background in hospitality or technical fields
- Physically and mentally fit, disciplined, and high work ethic
- Well-groomed, friendly, communicative, and able to work in a team
- Willing to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night)
- Previous experience in hotels / restaurants/hospitality industry is an advantage
- Basic English and computer skills are preferred for guest-facing positions
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service according to hotel standards
- Handle guest requests and needs promptly and professionally
- Report any issues, findings, or maintenance needs according to procedures
Employment Terms:
- Must comply with all hotel rules and SOP’s
- Willing to undergo training and probationary period
- Strong commitment to grow together with Hotel Deja Vu under the spirit of “Awakening Memories”
