1. Sales Manager

We are a five-star boutique hotel located in Central Business & Commercial District in Jakarta, is now operating in a full normal business rhythm. As business grows, we are invite motivated, creative, and smart individuals with a strong business acumen and take challenges to improve personal development for the right candidate.
Roles & Responsibilities:
You are responsible to find any business opportunity by exploring all possible sales potentials, both in existing and seeking for new costumers, Proactively managing accounts for individual or group reservations with significant revenue potential in order to achieve personal and team revenue goals as well as working closely with other generating revenue departments to maximize revenue achievements. You are also responsible to provide service of excellent to customers in order to maintain customer's satisfaction and grow the accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager in the hotel industry
- Familiar with hotel management software, sales plan and report, contract rate, sales target and market segments
- Well experiences in handling rooms and/or events from corporate segment
- Strong English for business correspondence both oral and written
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Active person with outgoing personality
- Result oriented to achieve the sales target
- Independent and team player at the same time
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
- Demonstrated leadership in all selling activities within the hotel
