Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in the same role within 5-star hotel.
- Solid hands-on proficiency in VHP (Visual Hotel Program) PMS.
- Strong track record in maximizing RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy through dynamicnpricing, inventory allocation, and rate parity management (1).
- In-depth expertise in managing Channel Managers, Booking Engines, GDS, and major OTAs (Expedia, Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com) (1).
- Strong capability in competitor benchmarking, STR report analysis, pick-up analysis, and revenue forecasting across high/low seasons (1).
- Deep understanding of Bali's hospitality market trends, source feeder markets, and seasonal demand dynamics (1)
- Strong leadership skills to supervise Front Office staff and oversee overall hotel operations (2)
- Excellent problem-solving skills to investigate guest complaints, listen carefully, and provide effective alternatives to ensure guest satisfaction (2)
- Capable of inspecting and managing preparations for VIPs, group arrivals, and guests with special requests (2)
- Proactively involved in achieving departmental goals, including upselling, online reviews, and member recruitment (2)
- Knowledgeable in emergency procedures and able to coordinate with the Security department to handle irregularities and ensure hotel safety (2)
- Capable of managing overall lobby performance and maintaining impeccable personal hygiene, grooming, and posture standards (2)
- Relevant educational background (SMK / Diploma) or On-the-Job Training (OJT / Trainee) experience in the respective field (3)
- Basic operational knowledge, practical skills, and strong enthusiasm for the applied department (3)
- Energetic, positive attitude, fast learner, and good team player
- Good command of English (fluent for Managerial & Supervisor level; conversational English for Daily Worker level).
- High integrity, customer-oriented mindset, and adaptability
- Able to join immediately and domiciled in Bali
