Agranusa Signature Villa that located in the heart of Nusa Dua area (Kampial), now is hiring for highly motivated with qualified candidates to fill position as:
1. E-commerce & Reservation Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage villa listings across OTA platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and other booking channels.
- Update room rates, availability, promotions, and property information.
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries via WhatsApp, email, OTA platforms, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, process bookings, and send booking confirmations.
- Follow up on inquiries to maximize booking conversion.
- Coordinate with villa operations teams regarding guest arrivals, special requests, and check-in arrangements.
- Monitor booking performance and prepare daily reservation reports.
- Ensure accurate rates, availability, and reservation records across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations, e-commerce, E hotel, or villa operations is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Familiar with OTA extranets and reservation systems; channel manager experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Able to work according to the agreed operational schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling Bali villa reservations.
- Knowledge of revenue management, OTA promotions, and booking conversion.
- Familiarity with PMS or channel management systems.
