About the role:
- Lead all operational issues ensuring Restaurant & Banquet standard operational procedure are met and value is added to the manager objective as detailed in the F&B Departmental performance plan
- Lead the completion of these following tasks : prepares the point of sale and preparation areas, welcomes guests and provides waiter service, cleans and tidies the dining room and preparation areas after closing
- Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
Your skills & experiences:
- Proven experience in hotel hospitality F&B Leadership
- Vocational diploma in hospitality & English fluent
- Great attention to details, good teams player, passionate and guest oriented
- Innovative mindset with a customer, focused approach to problems solving
- Pleasant personality with representable appearance
