1. Guest Relation Manager
Requirements :
• Minimum 1 year experience at the same role in 5* hotels
• Very good command in English both written and spoken
• Great understanding of Guest Relation, Concierge and Boutique
• Familiar with hotel management system: Opera, Macros, etc
• Intermediate to advanced Ms Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Other foreign language certification or education experience is a plus
• Own global perspective, hands-on, well-motivated, and attention to detail
• A great team player, diverse, and inclusive
