1. Engineer
Job description:
- Carry out daily engineering operations to ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are in good condition and safe to use.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and handle repairs based on work orders.
- Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house facilities to keep them in proper working condition.
- Monitor and record the usage of utilities such as electricity, water, and gas.
- Perform basic maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, genset, and other equipment.
- Follow safety procedures (K3) and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the engineering work area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school/vocational school in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
- Previous experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Have a good attitude, discipline, and strong responsibility.
- Understand basic safety procedures (K3) and able to follow SOP.
