General requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree with educational background relevant to the position
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Experienced in corporate sales with strong strategic planning, leadership and team management skills to consistently achieve sales targets (SM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
