Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Hospitality Management, Master's is a plus.
• Min. 2 years experience in HR in a Hospitality/Hotel/Villa group and exposure to Legal compliance matters.
• Experience handling multi-property operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to join immediately.
