- HR Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Supervisory or coordinator experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HR practices & company regulations
- Experienced in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, attendance, training, & performance management
- Able to lead the HR department while supporting hotel operations
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, coaching & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritize
