- Operation Manager
Requirements:
- Indonesian national, ideally with overseas work experience.
- Strong track record in managing engineering aside from other operating departments.
- Hands-on leadership and strong in strategic thinking.
- Experienced in implementing and maintaining SOPs.
- Quality-oriented person with can-do attitude and persistent in following up.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in a luxury resort.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the resort's ambassador on the floor, regularly engaging with guests and handling service recoveries.
- Ensuring top maintenance in all areas together with Engineering.
- Supporting our strong sustainable approach and adults-only concept.
- Working closely with the Resort Manager and GM, with demonstrated ability to support executive-level strategy and decision-making.
- Ensuring full compliance with local regulations, safety, and hygiene standards, in line with luxury brand expectations.
