- HR Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Male/Female Minimum education: Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related major
- Have at least 3 years experience as HR Supervisor or equivalent position.
- Must have experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or hospitality).
- Understand the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations processes.
- Mastering the employment regulations applicable in Indonesia.
- Have good leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- Accustomed to preparing and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Willing to be placed in Bandungan.
