- Head Chef (HOD Profile)
Qualifications:
- Male with highly motivated and energetic
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 3-star hotel or hotel level restaurant
- Proficient in cooking various dishes, plating, and following standard recipes
- Experience managing a kitchen independently or serving as the head chef on shift
- Knowledgeable in food safety & hygiene (HACCP)
- Attention to the detail, and strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
- Independent, disciplined, and capable of making decisions in the kitchen
- Familiar with Power Pro system
- Excellent problem-solving a strong communication skill both Bahasa & English
