1. IT Officer
Requirements:
- Male
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of computer networks, operating system, hardware, and software
- Familiar with VHP system
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily troubleshooting and technical assistance for hotel staff and guests regarding software, and daily operations
- Manage and secure the hotel’s network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, guest WiFi access points, firewalls, and PABX telephone systems
- Monitor, update, and manage the inventory records of all IT assets, peripheral devices, and active software licenses.
