Requirements:
- Female
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality industry
- Proficiency using OTA extranet, OTA insight, and Channel Manager system
- Analytical and multitasking skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update daily listing, rates, availability, and promotions across all OTA extranet platforms
- Monitor and maintain rate parity and content accuracy across all online distribution channels using the Channel Manager system
- Generate and compile regular reports on e-commerce sales performance, production trends, and channel distributions
- Handle online reputation management by monitoring and responding to guest reviews and inquiries on digital booking platforms
