Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
- Excellent attitude with an outgoing personality; hardworking, highly motivated, strong communication skills, self-driven with excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in cost control implementation, labor cost management, demonstration cooking and menu development (1)
- Familiar with HACCP procedures (1)
- Able to work independently as well as part of team
- Familiar with VHP system
- Willing to be placed in Anyer, Serang
- Able to join immediately
