1. E-Commerce Supervisor
General Requirements:
- Have minimum 2 years experience in the same position in 4 star hotel
- Excellent attitude, outgoing personality, hardworking, high motivated, good communication, able to work independently or within a team
- Able to implement digital marketing and advertising
- Website management knowledge and skills
- Online sales and revenue management
- Manage OTA and ensure rate parity accross all online channel
- Implement customer engagement and retention
- Image with VHP system
