We are looking for the best candidates like you to fill the following position:
1. Director of Sales - JSO
Core Works:
- Manages and oversees the sales operations
- Designing plan to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationship with client and evaluating costs to determine products pricing
- Provide professional advisory and support to General Manager in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment
- Work with other divisions to ensure guests satisfactin, process optimization and hotel's overall profitability
- Implement strategies aimed at cost minimization, productivity maximization without reduction in standard of quality
- Monitor guest satisfaction result to identify shortfalls and remedy service issues
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent professional qualifications
- Have minimum 3years experience in the same position
- Self-driven, excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Strong cost management, analytical, and conceptualization skills
- Strong business and financial acumen to drive revenue
