We are looking for potential candidates who have the skills and knowledge as listed below:
1. Assistant Building Management
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, property management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building, property or facility management
- K3 certification is mandatory, preferably AK3U
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety & emergency response
- Experienced in team and vendor coordination
- Strong leadership communication, and problem solving skills
- Experience in high-rise building, residential, hotel, or mixed use property is preferred
