General Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality E Management or a related field.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

1. Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in VHP (Visual Hotel Program) or similar hotel operating systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven capabilities in team management, upselling, cost control, and revenue management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
2. E-Commerce Executive
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in VHP (Visual Hotel Program) or similar hotel operating systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce strategies and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Familiarity with web publishing processes, content management systems, and online tracking tools.
- Ability to execute, monitor, and evaluate online marketing campaigns to optimizecperformance and achieve desired results.
3. Butler - Daily Worker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for personalized guest service and attention to detail.
- Professional attitude, flexibility, and a strong commitment to service excellence.
