Specific Requirements:
- For (1&2) minimum 10 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position
- For (3&4) minimum 1-2 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position
- For (1) must be a HACCP certificate holder
- For (2) Must have deep knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, Chillers, Elevators, and Fire Alarm Systems (MFCA)
- For (3) must be target-oriented and able to achieve sales targets
- For (4) Must have basic knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems
- Familiar with VHP system
General Requirements:
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with strong prioritization skills
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Able to join immediately
