2. Front Desk Supervisor
- Oversee daily front desk operations, coach the team, and support the Front Office Manager in maintaining service excellence.
3. Front Desk Agent
- Welcome guests with warmth, handle check-in/check-out efficiently, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Leading in membership development.
