Qualification:
- Indonesian Nationality
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Graduated diploma or bachelor degree in relevant study 2+ years of experiences in a similar role, preferably in a five-star hotel environment
- Strong knowledge across multiple disciplines relevant to hotel operations
- Enthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
