Requirements:
- Min. 1 year's experience in the same position, three star hotel background (1,2,3,4)
- Expert in international and local cuisine with the ability to develop innovative signature menus (1)
- Experienced in effectively managing a large kitchen team and fostering a positive work culture (1)
- Experienced in leading kitchen teams and ensuring consistent food quality across all locations (2)
- Expert in menu development, recipe standardization, and managing raw material costs (2)
- Experienced in handling corporate accounts, travel agents, and MICE segment (3)
- Have a good network with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizer (3)
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor positioning for sales strategy development (4)
- Expertise in rate negotiation, contract management, and closing deals with corporate clients (4)
