1. People & Culture and Learning Development Manager
About the role:
- Lead the hotel’s learning & development strategy, ensuring effective training programs that support business goals and heartiest growth
- Manage payroll administration and paymaster process accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting People & Culture operations
Your skills & experiences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning & development, Human Resources, or people & culture, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of training management, payroll administration, and hr systems, with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
