1. Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a premium restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, budgeting, and sales reporting
- Candidates currently based in Bali preferred
2. Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen leadership role
- Strong leadership and kitchen team management skills
- Good knowledge of seafood preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiar with food cost control, inventory management, and HACCP standards
- Able to maintain food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control
- Experience in seafood, casual dining, or high-volume restaurants is preferred
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
