2. Assistant People & Culture Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the People & Culture (HR) function with a focus on people development and engagement
- Drive recruitment, training, and talent management strategies
- Ensure compliance with HR standards while promoting a culture of care and inclusivity
- Partner with department leaders to support business goals through people initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A people-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and influence
- Commitment to creating an engaging and supportive work environment.
