- FO Supervisor
About the role:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell teams
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and empowerment, turning challenges into loyalty-building opportunities
- Oversee room assignments, VIP arrivals, and credit limit checks
- Train and mentor Guest Service Agents to ensure brand standards are consistently met
- Communicate and coordinate with other Department to ensure smooth operations in front office Department.
Your skills & experiences:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Well-groomed appearance
