1. Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within a public restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle dining venue
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience
- Proven leadership in managing and developing F&B teams
- Able to handle high-volume operations, cost control, and daily reporting
- Guest-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English; experience in pre-opening is an advantage
- Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic environment of Nuju Uluwatu
