1. Housekeeping Supervisor (HK SPV)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all guest rooms and public areas.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department
- Conduct thorough daily inspections of "Ready" rooms, VIP arrivals, and public areas to ensure zero-defect quality.
- Monitor the stock levels of linens, guest supplies, and cleaning materials; assist in monthly inventory counts and minimize wastage.
- Update room statuses accurately in the VHP system and coordinate closely with the Front Office regarding arrivals and departures.
- Document and report any maintenance issues (broken fixtures, plumbing, etc.) to the Engineering department immediately and follow up on repairs.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position or as a Senior
- Proficient in VHP System (Visual Hotel Program).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting).
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
