Odysseys Surf School Bali is currently looking for a
1. Reservation & Guest Support
What will this person do?
You’ll help guests from “hello” to “see you at the beach”, both online and in person, with warm communication, helpful energy, and good operational support.
You will become one of the very first faces, voices, and typing styles of the company that our guests experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Replying to guest inquiries and helping them choose the right lesson & schedule
- Assisting payment process
- Organizing bookings and recording guest information properly
- Communicating guest updates with the operational team
For the first few months, your main focus will be learning the reservation flow and understanding how our daily operations work properly.
As you grow into the role, there will also be opportunities to help us maintain relationships with our partners around Bali.
You do not need perfect English.

Salary starts from UMR depending on capability, growth, and alignment with what the team needs.
