1. General Manager
About us:
Ozu Group is an independent F&B group specializing in Japanese cuisine, with a vision to bring curated Japanese dining excellence to a wider audience.
The role:
We are seeking a strategic and development-focused General Manager to lead Ozu Group, strengthen profitability, build scalable systems and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple brands and their management teams
- Own P&L, sales, costs, and budgets
- Build SUPs, KPIs, dashboards, and performance targets
- Eliminate recurring problems through root-cause solutions
- Develop leaders and drive sustainable growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in the F&B industry at senior management level
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality or a related field
- Analytical, logical, strategic & critical thinker
- Strong ability to analyze and oversee financial and operational data
- Root-cause and long-term problem solver
- Skilled in SOP, KPI, & system development
- Commercially minded and growth-oriented
- Demonstrates ownership mentality & strong organizational skills
