As we unveil our state-of-the-art Konkret Luxury Facilities and Culinary Concepts, we are seeking a visionary Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager
We are looking for
- Senior F&B Manager
Key Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within established F&B outlets, 5-star hotels, or luxury villas
- Operational & Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of daily F&B operations, menu concept development, revenue generation, and P&L management, seamless cross-departmental collaboration is essential
- Strategic Execution: Proven ability to translate owner and management objectives into clear, actionable, and measurable plans
- Leadership & Team Building: Skilled in motivating, mentoring, and developing teams with varying levels of F&B experience
- Mindset & Professionalism: High level of maturity, professional presentation, and a strong “CAN-DO” attitude - we value decisive action over talk (No Action, Talk Only)
- Work Ethic: High-energy, adaptable team player who thrives in a work hard, play hard environment, whether working independently or collaboratively
- Mobility: Must be willing and ready to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
