1. Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Diploma degree from a culinary school, hotel and restaurant management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel
- Proficiency in menu development, cost control, purchasing, and inventory management is required
- Extensive knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards, as well as HACCP policies and procedures
- Proven expertise in Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong leadership, organisationals, and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen team members
- Positive attitude, service-oriented, passionate, professional, with a dynamic personality
