- Chef de Partie (Asian & Indonesian Food)
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role (preferred from chain restaurant)
- Leadership: strong leadership, menu creation, and food costing skills
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with relevant system proficiency
- Traits: Professional communication, honest, detailed, and result-oriented
- Skills: Disciplined, capable of leading section operations and a strong team player
