A newly established 5-star hotel in Surabaya is looking for highly qualified and motivated professionals to join our team:
1. General Manager
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry in 4 and 5 star hotels, especially in the SE Asia region
- Applicants of foreign nationals are welcome to apply for this position
- Good understanding of hotel technology and market trends
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
2. Human Resources Manager
- Prior experience as HR department professional in the hospitality industry in 4 and 5 star hotels
- Maximum age of 40 years old by the time of application
- Active, vibrant, energetic, and proactive personality
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications
All candidates are required to have good command of both written and spoken English, and must be open for a position located in Western Surabaya, Indonesia
