- Staff Accounts Payable
General Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Solid understanding of full accounts payable cycle
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify completeness and accuracy of supplier invoices & supporting documents
- Record and input payable transactions into the financial system accurately
- Prepare payment schedules and process payment documentation
- Perform regular accounts payable reconciliation with suppliers
- Maintain neat, systematic filing and archiving of all financial documents
- Assist with other finance-related tasks as assigned by management
