Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant leadership experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Preferably with Marriott International background
- Opera PMS proficiency is mandatory
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong leadership, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Excellent guest relations, complaint handling, and service recovery capabilities
