Position: Legal Officer
Placement: Rote Island
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Legal Officer, preferably in hospitality, property or corporate sector
- Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate law, contract law, licensing, and land / property matters
- Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and and legal agreements in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiar with handling business licenses, government compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Able to manage legal documentation and maintain proper legal records
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and legal research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Highly integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality
- Willing to be based in Rote, East Nusa Tenggara
