1. HR Legal Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations and ensure legal compliance within the company
- Handle employment agreements, company regulations, and legal documentation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law, company policies, and hospitality regulations
- Manage OSS, licensing, and corporate legal administration
- Handle and monitor company legal permits, KPMA/PT PMA related matters, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with government institutions, notaries, legal consultants, and external authorities
- Support expatriate-related administration and legal documentation
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and HR legal matters
- Support recruitment, performance management, and HR administration processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR Legal, preferably in hospitality or resort industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and corporate legal compliance
- Experienced in handling OSS, licensing, permits, and KPMA/PT PMA administration
- Familiar with expatriate documentation and legal processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
- Good command of English is preferred
