We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionately committed individuals to join our family as
Reservation Officer.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Reservations, preferably in luxury villas, boutique hotels, or high-end hospitality.
2. Proficient in Property Management Systems (such as VHP, GuestPro) and familiar with OTA extranets.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
4. Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple bookings simultaneously with strong accuracy.
5. Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
6. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
7. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
