Positions:
1. Assistant Chief Steward
Requirements:
1. Diploma or equivalent is typically the minimum educational requirement.
2. Minimum 3 years experience as Steward Supervisor.
3. Waste Management & Sustainability Practices.
4. Knowledge of Kitchen Equipment & Maintenance.
5. Ability to supervise stewarding staff, manage shifts, and maintain discipline.
6. Understanding of industrial cleaning, chemical handling, and kitchen equipment operation is vital.
7. Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and HACCP principles.
8. Willing to be placed in Prigen, East Java.
