1. E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or similar role (experience in hospitality industry is preferred)
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms (Traveloka, Tiket, Agoda, Booking, etc) and hotel distribution channels
- Experienced in managing online travel agents (OTA), website content, and online promotions
- Proficient in digital advertising platforms such as Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google ads, and basic SEO/SEM
- Able to analyze data and performance metrics (Google analytics, Ads performance report, conversion rate, ROI)
- Creative in developing digital campaign strategies and promotional content
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (canvas, photoshop) and social media content creation is an advantage
- Well-groomed, communicative, and proactive with a high sense of initiative
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
