Requirements:
1. Min. 2 years experience at the same position
2. Familiar with VHP system
3. Strong interpersonal, management & organization skills 4. Skilled in departmental budget planning, forecasting, and cost control
5. Excellent English Communications skill, both oral & written
6. Well groomed, outgoing personality, well organized, enthusiastic, and innovative
