Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, with relevant Sales understanding, or equivalent sound industry knowledge. (1,2,3)
- Senior managerial experience in a similar role. (1,2,3)
- Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to the sales team members. (1,2,3)
- Knowledge of local market and/or experience in a luxury hotel in a plus. (1,2,3)
- English proficiency in verbal and written, additional language (s) is a must. (1,2,3)
- Computers are literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, and Property Management Software, preferably Opera. (1,2,3)
- Strong leadership, tactical skills, result oriented and a problem solver. (1,2,3)
- In possession of a driving license. (11)
- Proficient in Driving Both Automatic and Manual Transmission Vehicles. (11)
