Qualification:
- Male
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, employee records, and personnel management.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with different departments.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
