We are inviting passionate and experienced talent with a strong background in Indonesian cuisine to join our culinary journey for the position of:
1. Chef de Cuisine (Indonesian Cuisine)
Requirements:
- International experience with roles abroad preferred
- Fine dining experienced an advantage
- Proven expertise in traditional and contemporary Indonesian dishes, including regional specialties
- Excellent menu planning and recipe development skills, with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP), and kitchen operational procedures
- Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences
