1. Front Office
Requirements :
- A minimum of a high school diploma or a degree in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or luxury villa.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using reservation and scheduling software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Warm and approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of local attractions, cultural sites, and activities in the area.
- Able to join immediately.
